Answering Thailand’s call

Thailand…an unshakable pull to a place we barely knew but felt irresistibly drawn to. No map, no guidebook, no checklist of must-see sights. Just a whisper in the heart: Go. And so, we listened.

Now, here we are, in a country overflowing with color, flavor, and grace. From the moment we landed, Thailand felt like an embrace—unfamiliar yet deeply comforting. It’s hard to explain, but the warmth of this place feels like an invitation to not just explore its temples and markets, but to meet its people, hear its stories, and uncover parts of ourselves we have not yet met.

A flavorful exploration

The culinary experience here has been nothing short of surreal. We landed in Bangkok late at night, bleary-eyed but determined to dive straight into the vibrant street food scene. After dropping our bags at the Airbnb, we headed to the bustling Chinatown night market. The air was electric and alive with sizzling woks, fragrant spices, and the chatter of hungry locals and travelers. We started with spring rolls, crispy tofu, and dumplings, each bite a harmony of flavor and texture. Eventually we sat in front of a fluorescent restaurant for some noodle soup and honeydew soda. By this time it was 11pm.
